IIS Worker Process crashes?

Lately we're getting the IIS Worker Process has crashed mesage. The site is still up and running, but we can't figure out what causes this and it does slow everything down.

We removed the timeout from the Application pool but not sure that did anything.

In the Event Viewer, it points to a COM object issue. Could it be that com object failing? One mentioned was an uploadjpg we use.

If someone uploads something too big it should just reject it, right? Could that be a cause?

I'm baffled.
