Error in my thread global end(): - IIS with PHP

IIS6(Plesk 8.4) with PHP5.2.5 with MySQL5.0.45

Hi, I have IIS recently upgraded to Plesk 8.4. All my client sites/php programs are displaying "Error in my_thread_global_end(): 2 threads didn't exit". Apparently, it has to do with libmysql.dll. I have tried everything mentioned, but problem is, my WebMail stops working when i do fix.

Has anyone come across this ever? I apologise if i have posted this in the wrong category, but this was the closest category i could think of.
