Problem with Multiple Domains on GoDaddy’s Deluxe and Premium hosting

I have problem with hosting multiple domains from a single GoDaddy’s Deluxe account.

…“For example, if you have a Deluxe or Premium plan hosting "example.com," you can add the domain name "anotherexample.com" and point it to the content directory "/another" off the hosting account root. Visitors browsing to "anotherexample.com" will arrive at "example.com/another."”…
[help.godaddy.com...]

I have followed steps exactly, however I can access to example.html (and example.html is in /another directory) via two links:

anotherexample.com/example.html
anotherexample.com/another/example.html

Google already crawled part of my site, and some of the links are with “/another” subdirectory and I am worried about double content.

Is there any way to disable the second link?

I too am having this same issue. Did you find a solution to this? I would appreciate any help.

I am using "~/" in .NET to reference my links and they are pulling up the subfolder that my second site is hosted in.

Is there a way that we can force the clean url without the subfolder?

Thanks!

Sorry I wish I could help ya I am just so gald I am not hosted with godaddy.

I wonder is there anyway if it isn't to late to put no index in the robots.txt till you get this worked out otherwise it is going to be big problems for those sites.
