I am using web mail from www.123-reg.co.uk. They have introduced a facility that enables syncing of Outlook (calendar, tasks, etc.) on my home PC with the web mail system so I can access on the go. However they do not support technical problems on this feature. My problem is that I am having trouble entereing the correct details and do not know what I should be entering. The problems are with the following fields:
URL - Should the following be entered [http://webservermail.com]
Username - Should this be [username] or [username-1] for the e-mail pop box that I want to use
Domain - Should this be [domain.com] or [www.domain.com]
I think its a really good feature but can not get it to work propery.
Any advice welcome
