My client has a mailing list application residing on their dedicated server using Classic ASP and CDONTS to send a newsletter to registered recipients. However, it seems that not everyone receives the emails. Having tested it myself I find it sends to Hotmail accounts with no problem but not to my other personal accounts on different ISP. Knowing that the application is sending emails I am at a loss to know what is causing the emails not to be delivered?

If anyone can shed some light on this issue I would be grateful.

TIA

Andrew

Are they being filtered out by spam filters?

We used to have the same setup, but we switched to persits ASPEMail, using HTML and plain text, our open rate improved.

I was wondering maybe there was some error or something in the mail headers that was being filtered on?
