page count software.not analytics .NET

Hello all I am looking for a tool that will count all of the pages on a site. I am not looking for analytics software but something that gives you the total number of pages for a site.
We are looking at using a commercially available search engine
on our corporate site and I am wondering how many pages it is going to spider (for licensing). Google can map a site but I need something that is possible more accurate. Our coporate site is somewhere around 60,000 pages. Any suggestions?
It is also a .NET site...maybe there are some IIS tools?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Xenu's Link Sleuth, might do what you're wanting:

I used Xenu when I was going through that same process, casimir. It worked really well, but if you have > 50,000 pages, it will take quite a while to scour.
