My W2000 server is configured as MEXICO(latinoamerica) but by IIS uses , (comma) as decimal sep.
How can i change my IIS settings so it can use . (dot)?

This might solve your problem:

In Control Panel, there's an option called 'Regional and Language Options'.

Load it and hit the 'Customise' button. You should see a new panel with all the different symbols used for your region. You could try changing the 'Decimal Symbol' option to a dot (.)
