Can you run extensionless URLs with ASP / IIS?

How about redirects? I heard they had to be one at a time?

I just had someone tell me they can do *anything* with Windows IIS / ASP I can do with php and mod_rewrite on Apache...

So:
Can you run URLs without extensions on a Windows server?
When running 301's do you need to redirect all pages separately?
Do you need the ISAPI module for both/either of the above?

Added: Can you easily redirect non-www to www?
