Hi Guys,

I am trying to familiarize myself with version control and SourceSafe 6.0, i was wondering where would be a good starting point?

I've administered that version in the past so I might be able to help you with some questions. There was a book that I used too, it was Complete Reference Visual Studio 6.

I am looking into TortiseSVN and that seems to be a good choice too.

thank you guys for your comments and help offers.

I have started reading a couple of articles, it seems interesting. I am happy to see that some of the 'manual' version control i have done in the past, fits nicely into their concepts.

I am wondeing how does source control plays against Agile methods? where you have very small increments and compile your code a couple of times a day?
