Suite Integration Toolkit Error

I am trying to install Visual Studio .Net 2005 on the machine having Visual Studio .Net 2003 already installed. I have installed Service Pack2 on the machine. I am getting error " Suite Integration Toolkit fatal Error" and installation is stopped.

Please suggest proper solution.

I think i have to upgrade the Service pack2 version of Windows XP.
