I need some Classic ASP help

trying to figure out this 404 mystery

Ok, so i have (according to Google) 48 "404 file not found" errors.
I would like to address all of them and have custom 404 pages for each.

I asked my hosting company (Using and IIS server) what is the easiest way to go about this...

they said they can create one page that handles all of the 404 errors, that i can mangage...

i refuse to pay them to program something i can find and figure out myself...

does anyone know of a solution for this?

Instead of writing 48 custom 404 pages, why not just put up 48 pages of content for those pages? Or do 301 redirects to valid pages?
