Would Like to Use a 'Tell a Friend' Script in .asp

I'd like to use a "tell a friend" script on my sites, so that someone can click on the link, get taken to a page on the site (or a popup) where they enter their friend's email address and their own, then click and have the email sent, and return them to the page they were on.

I've found a few good scripts in .asp on Planet Source Code, but they don't come with directions. Can anyone help?

If I click on the .asp file, it opens in my text editor (FP)--I assume I save the page in the root directory of the web. What do I use to take people to it when they click the Tell a Friend link? And how do I have it email the message when they click the Send button and then return them to the original page?

Thanks.

I have a good one I wrote in ASP. The user clicks the "Tell-a-friend" button and it opens a popup with the information pre-filled.

I can send it to you if you sticky me.

I did yesterday--did you get it?

Also just tried it again, with a copy to my Sent box, and it's not there. Maybe there's a problem with the mail system?

no, the mail system is working, but I'm very busy at the moment and will send it when I have a free moment.
