after building connection between ms Access and dreamweaver page when I run it,it says, "Error Type:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers(0x800A0E7A)[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Mcrosoft jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data."

you can't have access open in Design mode and connect to it.

no its not open, that is why I am so confused, even I checked the processes too, its not rnning
