Packaged ASP or ASP.net job listing or want ad programs

Recommendations or should I prepare to roll my own? (Pay someone)

When I last checked, about a year+ ago, I wasn't impressed with the offerings. By now I would think someone would have a pre-packaged, extensible/modifiable solution for want ads/for sale items, a job listing board, etc. - but I'm not expert on judging what is state of the art and what is functional at best.

Anyone care to offer some guidance?

If I go the roll my own route does anyone have any experience with what such jobs have cost in other situations?

I placed a similar post in the webmaster general section but, since I'm running a Win2K server and have access to a shared MSSQL server I'm leaning that way - so I thought I might add this last bit of info and see what the .Net and ASP crowd would have to offer.
