Redirecting Failing URLs Q

We're using Mod-Rewrite to "Redirect Failing URLs To Other Webserver" as described at:
[httpd.apache.org...]

(Just using it for plain html files - no dynamic stuff)

Any way to achieve the same thing (spider-wise) for a site running on a virtual IIS host?

If you don't want an asp or aspx extension then no, unless you find a host with a third party isapi filter.
