404 after server relocation

Deeper levels not served

I just moved severs from a W2000 to a W2003 and replicated everything but one issue just popped up:

Major store site shows everything just fine three levels deep, anything deeper gives me a 404, all product pages (300000) are there, can't be served. They show up fine in the server, IIS6 is setup fine (I guess).

Any idea why this just happens? Might be a stupid thing, but maybe someone ran into this already?

Anyone an idea?
Basically what happens is that either IIS or any other component does not funnel through docs beyond directory level three...
