I have quite a few files that are works 6.0 and either need to install works on win2kpro or find a utility that will convert all of my files to excel 2000 format. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Mac

This works for me:
Open Excel, open file, under "Files of type" select "MS Works *.wks"
