Do the SE's see code changed daily by ASP as new content? Im new to the SE's but been designing sites for years. I have asp code that will change a paragraph of text everyday by pulling it from a database. When the site gets spidered will it be looked at by google as refreshed content?

Good point I would like to know that too. I take it it will either see the source code after the server side stuff has been dealt with, like your browser does, or can it actually read the code even if runat=server?

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking though that the likes of amazon obviously have new content on their site everyday and google still spiders these sites.
Would just like to know for sure because it could be set up to do all the updates automatically hence your site has new content daily. That means that google will love the site and higher ranking.

If it's as you described yeah they should see it... google for example grabs something like the first 101k and then boogies on to the next page.
