Have I done it right?

Hi,
I have an ASP site which is completely indexed in the search engines. I have arounnd 2200 urls indexed out of which most are dynamic. Now I have implemented ISAPIRE WRITE based software (Helicontech). and I have all my urls showing as static when I go to my site. Now I need to get my site reindexed again in the engine so that they can recognize these new urls. Now I have couple of questions.

1. What do i do to get my new urls indexed.
2. What i have to do to get the old urls (with query string like?,& etc) out of google index.
3. If both kind of URLs exist in the engines, will they consider it as spam.

Has anybody of you done it before? Please advice.

no problem

its not spamming, only thing you can do to keep both of them is to change the content of the page, i mean make certain changes that would show that new pages are different than older dynamic ones

and that will help you in two ways, you will get traffic for both urls, you will have more links on search engine and you will not feel the pain to shift from one url to another

I have this ASP site indexed with 2200 urls in google with dynamic urls and site has a PR 4. Its been over a month but google has not indexed my new urls. Will i need to do something for this. I can not change the content as there are lot of URLS ideally more than 5000. So I want that engines hould not pick my latest (decent) Urls and shoul;d drop the Old ones. Will i have to use robots exclusion command of 4 ASP files i have. Any idea of this would be appreciated.

well thats good to have so many pages, i am really amazed cause i only few ppl can go above 2 k pages

Its good to use isapi rewrite, but i hope your asp pages would be generated from single or maybe only 4-5 asp files?

If its the story than you can change the page content easily, by content i mean that you change page lay out and other links on the template page, that would serve the purpose.

and the deep links are spidered frequently by google only in case your main page has more than PR 5, or you must get deep links from other websites.

Robots can be done to allow googlebot and yahoo bots to see your site.
