Hi,

Well, I have finally got round to trying my hand at asp.net.

Just wanted to ask a quick question....... can anyone recommend a good book or website that i could use?

I have found some sites, but just thought i would ask for some advice.

Cheers

There are a ton of topics regarding this subject in this forum. Rather than go through everyone's suggestions again, you should do a site search and gather up some data. There are a bunch of good replies for you to find.

dotnet247.com is awesome and full of links to code snippets, discussions and articles plus be sure to find the Namespaces hierarchy drill down on the right. If you want to learn about the System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand you can drill down the links and find related topics.

And besides, they use the GG API for the search tool.

asp.net is a good resource too.
