Inaccurate Mappoint Routes

How to get it corrected?

I've just discovered an inaccuracy in Mappoint. Driving directions to 2 adresses, directly accross the street from one another differ greatly. One takes you through windy mountain roads and due to right turn incorrectly labeled as a left turn, leads you back to your point of origin. The other takes a direct route, straight to the address without the mountain roads. The bad news is the incorrect route is supposed to lead to my store and the correct one leads to my main competitor. Several online directories are using Mappoint to send us traffic (in the classic sense of the word).

Any chance of getting mappoint to get their act together?

Have you tried contacting them?

The street database itself is actually government information. But the pathfinding code is proprietary. Sounds like a bug, and they'd probably like to hear about it. But I wouldn't expect a quick fix.
