Importing blocked IP list into IIS 5.0?

I have a fresh installation of IIS 5.0 and have a list of about 100 or so IP addresses that my company would like to have blocked in a text file. This list is constantly changing. Is there a way to import this list into IIS or will I have to manually enter and edit the IP's as the list grows and/or changes.
