Canotical/Sub-Domain Park to Directory on Win2003

Looking for a Script/Instructions for Shared Windows Host

Is there a way for me to make a sub-domain park (or even redirect) to a directory on my server?
ie. http://directory.example.exp loads http://www.example.exp/directory

I've done many searches and have not found any information. I know it may be something I simply don't have access to as a shared user, but was hoping there might be a script out there that would do it.
