A quick search shows that lwemon seems to be related to the Logitech Wingman joysticks. If you have this hardware attached to your system, try uninstalling/reinstalling the hardware and related drivers (download the latest drivers from Logitech as well).
If you don't have this hardware, you may want to search Microsoft's support site for Microsoft Foundation Class Library (MFC) errors.
