Where is the setting for filename, date and page x of y in M$ IE?

might be silly question but can't find it

I'm printing a long document from IE 5.5 on Windows 2000 server (to Acrobat Distiller and to a physical printer) and the "page x of y", filename and date appear on all pages. I want to take the filename out but can't find any setting for that. Anybody knows where it is? In IE?, Windows?
