mixed-up google local map listing

Hi

I've had this problem for ages - and cannot find a solution.

My company is listed in the Google Local Business Centre - it appears in the map results.

However, my listing in the map results are mixed up with another business!

My name, linked to their website & my phone number...

When you click the 'reviews' to see more details - there are my images mixed with the other businesses images, etc.

Here's my theory;

My company name is made up of the perfect keywords for it's niche.

The other businesses company name isn't made up of good keywords - so they used the perfect keywords (my company name) as their name... Google got confused and scrambled the listing.

When I login to Google Local Business Centre - and check the details of my listing -- they show only my company details.

I have asked the other business about this and they tell me they see their own details when they login.

Please - Please - Please... if anybody has any idea how I can fix this... let me know.

claim the mixed up LBC listing and fix it or request its removal.

That's just it - when I click 'add or edit your business' and login -- I see my own info with out any of the other businesses mixed in.

Because of this - I am unwilling to remove my listing. If I did, I think it would leave just the other businesses details.

At least the way it is my phone number apears.
