Google Maps UK Tops MultiMap

I don't know when Google Maps eclipsed MultiMap in the UK but it came as a surprise to see July 2007 Comscore figures showing Google ahead of the previous mapping king.

I'm guessing that people still think of MultiMap in the UK and Google is using its SERPs to drive traffic, but with a UK reach of 26% Google Maps must be gaining recognition with joe public.

The inexorable march of Google continues.
