Sawtell's resignation was the result of strategic planning for the future growth of Interchange, and was not due to a disagreement with the company.

Yea, that is interesting. With the European acquisitions and the Local.com property amongst other major technical initiaves, I know the Interchange team to be a bit flustered right now. I wonder what the core issue was.
