Links Page Now A PR0

Recently my links page went to a PR0

My links page went to a PR0 recently, I was wondering if anyone had any insight on this? Does it have anything to do with the inbound / outbound link ratio?

I have also noticed a lot of my linking partners' link pages have redused down to a PR0. My home page is a PR5.
