I was just checking my backlinks on alltheweb, and I discovered a new link I'd never noticed before.

I go have a look, and it is one of my competitors. They built a page (stealing oodles of my code) to use to increase their own link popularity by linking back to the "mother-ship" (a whois lookup confirmed this).

Whoever ripped the page obviously doesn't have a ton of html experience, as he removed the links to us that showed up on the page, but didn't remove the code related to the links. So alltheweb is counting this as a link to us.

I'm a little confuzzled as to what to do. I'm happy to have the free link from a PR5 site, but it feels a little "dirty".

Any opinions?

I also have some "funky" links to my sites thru no action of my own - I generally just leave them.
