Multiple outgoing links

Should I link to the same site from all my pages

I have a medical site and I keep reading that there should be relevant outgoing links on each page for ranking purposes.
There is only one site belonging to a National charity that I would like to link to.
Should I link each page or just the index page?
Is there any danger in linking each page individually.

Provide "a" link on the most appropriate page, then try to find others. Reciprocals & inbounds are needed as well so don't forgets these. :)
