I've got 5 people that are going to do link campaigns for me. I'm looking for a way that they can keep a running log of what work they've done so they don't step on each other's toes & email that same site owner twice. And so I can track who's responsible for any links obtained.
I've not found anything other than people saying to just keep that info in a little spreadsheet but that's not practical if I've got 5 guys that are all hunting links for a single site.
I either need to borrow an existing script or get somebody to develop one for me on the cheap. If I don't get anyone with an existing script here, I'll post a request in the Commercial Exchange Forum.
Thanks,

This is just a suggestion.
Why not have a centrally located msql db and give all five people access to it? then when they have a prospect they can see if someone else has already listed them along with the results and if so then move on and list others they may have pending.
The sites could be marked as linked or pending.
Just my 2 cents worth
