To create a hype for my new brand i'm thinking of doing a lot of ads posting along with many other things.
Is this a good idea?
As far as i know ads posting can get my website too much backlinks? Can these backlinks hurt my website ranking?
What is the Google's update according to the ads posting?
Should i create 1 ad to post on multiple website or should i create 20 to 30 ads to submit on multiple websites?

When thinking about links from ANY source, here's two good general rules:

The more control you have over the link, the less it is likely to be useful.
The easier it is to get a link (especially as a new business or website), the less it is likely to be useful.

Links that were easy to place and that you could control did work for rankings in the past. That's why Google devalued them, and that was done many years ago.

If you're talking about 'noticeboard' type sites (e.g. Craigslist, Gumtree) then AFAIK ads are not permanent. So, even if (a) you got a link from an ad and (b) it was a link that Google cared anything about, it would only be temporary.

If the purpose of posting these ads is to promote a time-limited offer of some sort - something that is worth visiting your site for over a short period of time - then you could get some traffic from them. And even if you just post an ad about your business, then someone might read it and want what you provide.

I would not bother rewriting the advert for different sites.

I would also check that the site you are posting on is a very busy one where you can be fairly certain that people want what you provide, otherwise I think you'd be completely wasting your time.

Streamline your ad presentation, ie. one image and one text, and go from there. Investing too much time and effort in multiple presentations before any results are known is counterproductive.
