Anyone can change a link on Wikipedia.
Unless...
you (or your IP) have been explicitly banned for abusive behaviour
the topc attracts an unusual amount of abusive editing and has been protected
the target domain has been blacklisted for spamming
There are some further, softer restrictions against self-serving editing in topics relating to yourself and your business, but changing easily verifiable factual information such as a link target would not violate those.
If the topic is highly disputed, then other editors may revert your change. Don't forget to explain the reason for your change in the edit note. Or better: Explain the reason for the change on the associated talk page before making it. This explanation should show how the corrected information makes WP a better encyclopedia. Explaining how the change will benefit your business or your customers may be counter productive.
