10 books to give away for links

I bought about 15 books from a well known/celebrity author in my niche. The author's agreed to sign them individually for another project. However my local bookstore had to buy 25 copies to get a good price. Sigh. Rather than leave the bookstore on the hook for 10 books, I just bought all 25 copies. Even though I already had my own copy of the book :).

So, I've got 10 extra books from a well known author who'll sign them with your name (well, not *your* name, but you get the idea).

How do I get some links from this? Blogger contest seems a bit tired.

...what i would do is to give those book to other authors in your niche to write a review for you, in my case i very often get a link than from the author, another one from the publishing house and lots of links from fans of the author..., (if they are in good mood they even do an interview with themselves which gets me even more press) not sure if that works in your case (meaning if you are big enough that they would care to write the review) but it does work like a charm on my site...
