Best Tools For Link Management

Hello...I'm just starting to work on link building for a couple of sites and have a couple of questions for your experts :)

What is the best way to identify for sure what sites are linking to you and with what anchor text?

Is there good tool out there to use to manage inbound links? We want to be able to see where they are coming from, what page they are linking to, etc.

I use sheerseo - it monitors all your inbound links and notifies you when link parameters have changed

Full disclosure: I work for LinksManager.com. LinksManager is the only link management product I know of that verifies linkbacks via spidering. It's editor based so links are not published without your explicit approval allowing you to keep out irrelevant links. LinksManager is not a linking network just a tool (similar to CRMs) to take the headache out of managing link building campaigns.

actually i'm about to try out linksmanager and am quite impressed so far that I can call them and they are very helpful...

I just want to make sure that I'm using the best and most complete tools available. Don't want to waste time (or money)!
