A friend of mine plans on outsourcing the link building for one site.

Naturally, I was a bit skeptical, considering what ive heard on the topic (nothing good really - then again no horror stories either, just that people all stopped doing it b/c it wouldnt work).

He'll send me a few of the sites they (supposedly) supposedly worked on already.

Any ideas what to watch out for?

He will put them on a less important project first for the next couple of months - soImwondering particularly about things that he might not be able to see during those few months.

For example them sending links to the same places over and over again and thus only the first link being worth anything (if the amount of link authority a link sends still depends on the amount of links on the page, and it being split by the number of links).

Any ideas?
