I started out with a blog, lets call it myblog at [myblog.blogspot.com,...] I built up a few links for this and then bought the domain [myblog.com....] Both addresses still work, however now when I am linking to the site I am linking to [myblog.com....]

In Google's eyes I'm just curious if any of the old links count for myblog.blogspot.com?

Nope, unless you 301 redirect ( permanent redirect ) & afaik, you can't redirect blogspot domain
