Hi,

In our SEO compamnny, we are using link builders that follow anchor text / url linking instructions from our optimizers.

We used to use an excel file to write the linking instructions and list the links built with their anchor text. Then, we purchased BuzzStream, however, it is too slow and complex and employees are complaining about it all the time.

We need a simple software that can arrange the links data in a convenient way, so the links will be checked priodically and the staff can list the instructions by client and list the links built in the same place.

Can anyone recommend any software that can achieve this?

Thanks!

I have used LinkAssistant to keep track of my links. I like it a lot and it is pretty customizable. It is also fast.

I work with an SEO company as well, and doing linkbuilding for multiple clients. My only beef with this software is that it is geared toward somebody trying to do linkbuilding for ONE site. There are ways around this, but the organizational structure is certainly geared for a single site rather than multiple. Just depends on what you need.

Full disclosure: I work for LinksManager.com. LinksManager does what you are looking for (and more such as backlink checking via spidering). It's editor based so links are not published without your explicit approval allowing you to keep out irrelevant links. We have quite a few users who use Buzzstream to locate and send out link requests and then they use our software to manage the publishing of the links and to perform the mundane tasks such as linkback verification, organization, etc.

Typo :)

Still haven't found any good software though. The offer of Cvni is also not good for managing many websites because of the payment structure...

Any other ideas?

Thanks!
