Is PageRank related to Indexed Pages by a Search Engine

I am working on a project that has 20,000,000 different Pages (It is an affiliate page). However only 200,000 pages have been indexed by Google. The page rank of the Page is low (3). Is there a relationship between indexed pages of a site with PageRank from its page with the highest PR?

The Google forum may be a better place for this.
I am no expert but my understanding is that G will only go so far down a chain of links. At every step a little PR is lost. I have no idea if the chain stops at a fixed number of steps or when the PR finally drains away and I don't think it is something that G will tell you.

it is not only for indexed, also it need maximum times was found in search result
