If you have a unique name there are loads of sites that have you listed in a searchable database that only end up on web pages if you search for the name. Googlebot never calls those pages and you therefore never get the credit for them.

If you made a page of links to the URLs that pull your data and link from these databases as put that on a site other than the one being pointed to that would help Googlebot find a few links back to your site. Is there any risk in doing this? Is there any value?

No risk, little value.
They are very poor pages and don't pass much.
