I need to make some order in our link building efforts

Hi,

In our SEO compamnny, we are using link builders that follow anchor text / url linking instructions from our optimizers.

We use an excel file to write the linking instructions and list the links built with their anchor text.

We need a simple software that can arrange this data in a convenient way, so the links build will be checked priodically and the staff can list the instructions by client and list the links built in the same place.

Can anyone recommend any software that can achieve this?
