1. Why my website back links are decreasing day by day?
2 Who gives (specific and famous back links providers)Exact back links to my website?
3. How many links can i exchange (in the view of back links) with particular free web directory for free those who allow me to add/ suggest/submit my website url as well as other categories of the same domain(website)in the same web directory/ website.
4. Please suggest me the techniques to perform genuine link building with other web sites/ web directories.
5. Tips to be followed while submitting links of my domain/website to a particular back link providing web directory/ website.

1. Where are you looking? Google's webmaster tools? Yahoo Site Explorer? Google's public link command?

2. We can't give specfic examples on this forum, but many sites could provide a link to your site.

3. I wouldn't bother with most of them.

4. Contact websites and ask for a link. Create unique content/tools that people want to link to.

5. Depends on the website/directory really.
