Confused: What's wrong with my external links?

There are too many external pages from a same website to my website. I did nothing about it and it seems that they all appeared in a sudden. Just like this:

http://example.org/index.php?s=abul
http://example.org/index.php?s=adli
.
.
.
Who can tell me what's wrong with it, please? I got them from my Webmaster Tools. Now I'm quite confused with it.

Are these sites linking to you? Or are these sites you are linking to?

What does a valid URL look like? Is it the parameter that is unwanted?

Is this essentially the same question as that in [webmasterworld.com...]

I found them from Pages With External Links of Google Webmaster Tools. It seems that about a thousand links from a same site link to my web's homepage.

It looks like:

http://example.org/index.php?s=abul 2009-4-20
http://example.org/index.php?s=adli 2009-4-22
http://example.org/index.php?s=afterlife 2009-4-24
http://example.org/index.php?s=alexandrina

I don't know why they appeared cause I did nothing about the links. Could some one help me to deal with it? Is it harmful to my site?

You'd best get rid of them by redirecting any such (bogus) requests to your site root. Here's a thread describing the problem:

I am a newbie in this field. I just like culture and internet, so I started to engage in it. I launched my site (actually it is a blogger) about two months ago.
