i tried with several keywords
actually i need your help just tell me how can and using what techniques i can generate list
how and where i search sites with mentioned bellow descriptions:

Actually when you are really in your field, its easy to make a list of authority sites. In fact those sites might come as a day to day reading. Per example, being on the webmaster world, this forum is a must read and part of your bookmarks.

I'll say, read, browse and you'll find PR7 sites. (install the firefox extensions to display the pr of the sites). Techniques to generate a list? don't know of any.

Now I think you are asking too much from this line on :)

For a PR7 site to link to yours "usually" (but actually pretty most of the times) your site MUST have something really good.

PR is irrelevant for many webmasters (according for what I've read in some threads) but actually, high pr sites are kinda hard to link to other sites if those sites have little value.

try to reach out to relevant sites both with high pr, alexa, boy scout merit badges, and with low metrics. i have been able to get pr lift by getting sites with pr's as low as 1, but with high relevance. one of the best ways that i have gotten connected with webmasters with high pr is by helping them drive traffic to their sites through social media; further, seek out sites like mashable that will allow you to write a guest post linking back to your site if your expertise falls in its niche. start to create a writing portfolio on your blog or website that shows how well you write on your vertical. you could then persuade those webmasters into letting you write for them by linking them to your stories.
