News on the recession from your niche

In the last two or three recessions, did prices in your industry go up or down? Did anything change during those times that we could extrapolate into today's recession/hard times?

Go back and dig out prices from the last recession or market downturn. You can use archive.org if you need. Create an article and publish it then promote the heck out of it. It doesn't matter if prices (or whatever you're measuring) went up or down or stayed the same - anything recession related is newsworthy.

Should be good for some links I think.

I just did something similar. I don't sell anything on the site, its mostly information based and I got a few links from blogs.

I really thought I would have a better response because it was kind of controversial but I think that everybody is doing this so it makes it kind of hard to fight with them.
