Is there a tool that can estimate how much organic traffic a website receives from google?

The best tool is your own system. Your web server knows about every page that was requested. If you have a webtraffic analyzer, you can typically get that type of data with relative ease. Most traffic analyzers know or are easily configured to know how to recognize organic search traffic from the various engines. If you have PPC campaigns at those same engines, you can easily distinquish between PPC and Organic search traffic from the same engine. If you don't have access to a web traffic analyzer package, Google Analytics can tell you about your organic traffic.
