Social Bookmarking Query

Social Bookmarking query on url changes

I am just starting out on the social bookmarking and wondered if an article on our website is bookmarked say by Delicious but then we decide to rename the article in the url at a later date would it still be bookmarked by Delicious?

Any Advice appreciated.

Bookmark index is base in URL, if you change your URLs, the link which click from Bookmark will can't be indexed at all.
