Not sure if this is the best place to post this question but here goes...

In an ever on-going effort to plug holes in affiliate links, I found an interesting iframe problem.

If I have affiliate links in a separate page and called within an iframe, my aff code (within the link) is not recorded on the affiliate site. A direct link on the same page works fine, just not links in the iframe. Any thoughts why this would be happening?

I was having this same problem -- my issue was that the affiliate code in the iframe would load after the rest of the page (no matter how high up the link was in the code). I'm actually looking into ways to load the iframe content beforehand -- tricky!

I'm going to throw out a guess and say that it might be a browser issue. Does it happen in all browsers or only certain ones?

Only Firefox.

I did find if those iframe links use the php header function they work as expected.
