I've got a wordpress blog, with 50 [blue widget] related product reviews. I just want to know what are your suggestions about my linking strategy.
The main problem that I don't know which is the better way to improve my rankings on Google, pls check my plan:
I want to build backlinks form these sources:
50 different [blue widget] related blogs
50 different [blue widget] related forums
50 different article directories
50 different social bookmarking sites
/all sites with doFollow, and of course not spamming/
My plan is to build one way links from these sources to my website which contains 50 different pages.
Plan 1:
200 backlink to each review page:
For this plan I need 50 blog comments on each blog with 1 backlink, 50 comments on each forum with 1 backlink, about 150 unique article /because each article directory allows 2 links from the resource box/
with 2 backlinks, and I will bookmark my 50 review page to each bookmarking site.
Plan 2:
I just link to my 5 best reviews from these sources to gain better rankings in Google...
So if I get 50 backlinks from 1 article directory or 1 forum what is the inherent value? Does the authority transferred through backlinks from the same website/forum diminish after x amount, or is it completely dependant on the website in question?
Could it actually be doing you more harm than good to have too many links from the one source?
Thanks a lot.

I think you going to have trouble find 50 forums that allow comments .
Plus finding a forum with a page that has a pagerank is another story .
2. Getting blogs to write about you is not so bad , if your product is unique and but i imagine that getting 50 blogs to write 50 articles will take a bit of public relations.
3 I am not to sure about bookmarking sites , dunno how many there are again
4. Article directories i dont even know what those are.
it will take a bit of time but i think you can get there.
